TradeGecko - The access token was revoked


All interfaces to your TradeGecko account are failing with the message:

The access token was revoked


This can happen for several reasons if a change in TradeGecko removes CartRover's access to your account. These instructions will quickly fix the issue and the services will resume automatically.

  1. Login to CartRover and go to the TradeGecko settings in Carts > TradeGecko > Edit Setup.
  2. Click Remove Authorization
  3. Click Grant Us API Access
  4. Follow any TradeGecko login steps.
  5. When complete, be sure to click OK at the bottom of the CartRover screen to save.
