TradeGecko OMS - The access token was revoked

Problem

All interfaces to your TradeGecko account are failing with the message:

The access token was revoked

Solution

This can happen for several reasons if a change in TradeGecko removes CartRover's access to your account. These instructions will quickly fix the issue and the services will resume automatically.

  1. Login to CartRover and go to the WMS Setup tab. Direct Link.
  2. Click Remove Authorization
  3. Click Grant Us API Access
  4. Follow any TradeGecko login steps.
  5. When complete, be sure to click Save on the CartRover screen.
