Read first: How to set up a shopping cart connection (Merchant)

Select your Order Source

 Mapping/Linking Products

Products in CartRover are linked between your Order Source and Warehouse/OMS using the SKU or Product Code field, Make sure these fields match up exactly in both systems. If you cannot match up these codes exactly between systems, please read about Product aliases in CartRover which allows matching up products if the main SKU does not match across systems.

 Error Message or Alert

Is this a Cart or Merchant Error?

If not sure, in the CartRover Alerts tab select the alert. In the alert, cart alerts will display the affected Cart at the top of the alert. Warehouse or Order Management System alerts will not.

 Adding More Connections
 Connecting to another Warehouse or Order Management System

CartRover can only connect to a single backend Warehouse or Order Management System. If you truly need two or more connections, you can setup a second CartRover account under a different email address to manage your second warehouse connection.

CartRover can connect to a few systems to send a copy of your data. Examples of this are shipment tracking systems and CRM systems. Please note these connections are limit and do not support the full functionality of CartRover.
